General policy:-
This site is operated by Z & S (PORTSLADE) LTD T/A The Railway inn. We reserve the right to refuse any order if deemed necessary. Please use the ordering system for food and drink orders. During busy periods, order fulfilment may exceed 30 minutes. Carefully review your order before completing checkout. If there are any issues with your order, contact a staff member for assessment and resolution.

Refund Policy:-
Refunds may take up to seven working days. We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic drinks to intoxicated customers, no refund will be provided in this case.

Age Policy:-
When ordering alcohol you must be over the age of 18. We operate a challenge 25 policy and if you look 25 or under you will be asked for ID. In the event that you cannot provide proof of identification when asked, drinks will not be served and a refund will not be available.

 

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
